Our story.
In late 2019, AgFlo was born from a simple question co-founders Francis and Francois kept asking themselves: why isn't there a direct link between on-farm silos and feed mills?
That idea became a mission.
Since then, we've grown fast, validated our market, prototyped smart sensors, and scaled up production. Along the way, we added AI capabilities to make feed stock management more precise, more predictable, and easier to adapt.
Today, with over 2,000 sensors sold and a growing network of farms and partners, AgFlo is shifting into a higher gear. Our solutions already help producers across Quebec, and we're now setting our sights on the rest of Canada and the United States.
We're building our distribution network, improving our technology, and staying focused on one simple idea: connecting feed supply chains through real-time intelligence.

The key milestones.
2019–2020
The spark
Francis Latulippe, Francois Roy and Sherif Zaroubi have the idea to provide the missing link between on-farm silos and mills.
2021
Prototyping
First smart sensor prototypes, developed through an R&D collaboration with Sollio Agriculture.
2022
The team grows
Martin Faubert joins AgFlo as VP of Product. First major R&D funding from IRAP (NRC). Beta testing carried out in Quebec and North Dakota.
200 sensors deployed
2023
First customers
First installations at Isoporc, our first customer and ambassador. AgFlo receives support from SJI, CEIM, DEL and the BDC — and is featured in an article in La Presse.
2024
The AgFlo brand
Simon Gagné takes the lead on sales and business development. Official launch of the AgFlo brand, with support from IRAP, Agrinnover and Scale AI. Francois Roy becomes CEO of AgFlo.
2025
Scaling up
Godro becomes our first reseller in Quebec.

Francois Roy
CEO & Founder
Technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience developing and commercializing technology.
Francois Roy is an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of AgFlo, where he serves as CEO. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology development, innovation and product go-to-market.
Before founding AgFlo, he founded Axceta, a company specialized in electronic design and technology product development. Through Axceta, he led numerous technology projects from initial idea through to market launch, notably in the agricultural sector, for organizations whose products are deployed across multiple international markets.
With AgFlo, Francois draws on this experience to make agricultural inventory management simpler, more reliable and more profitable for producers and mills. He leads the company with an operational, value-creation-focused approach for customers.
Martin Faubert
VP Product
As VP Product, Martin Faubert leads product development as well as production.
He is a passionate designer, builder and intrapreneur with more than twenty years of experience developing hardware products and services. Holder of a bachelor's degree in industrial design, he has taken part in creating a multitude of products, always guided by the desire to turn ideas into concrete, lasting solutions.
Recognized for his ability to build and rally teams around a clear vision, Martin has established himself as an intrapreneur capable of evolving organizations by combining creativity, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. He excels at bringing innovative concepts to life, turning complex challenges into tangible opportunities for growth and impact.
After two decades pushing the boundaries of design across various sectors, he chose to turn to agriculture, a field where innovation and purpose meet. This shift stems from a deep conviction: to go beyond the superfluous and build solutions that genuinely improve people's lives and contribute positively to society.
Driven by constant curiosity and a human-centered approach, Martin is committed to deeply understanding the real contexts and needs of users. He seeks not only to meet them, but to exceed them — creating products with a purpose that leave a lasting impact.
Simon Gagné
Director of Business Development
Over 30 years of experience in the agricultural industry, from hog production to international business development.
With over 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector, Simon Gagné has taken on a wide variety of roles and challenges. He began his career as an employee on a hog farm, where he quickly developed a deep passion for the agricultural world, its realities, and above all the people in it.
Over the years, that passion led him toward management roles and then into business development at the national and international level. He works with companies, producers and partners around the world, building a concrete understanding of the sector's challenges.
Driven by a constant desire to solve real problems and create value, Simon places customer satisfaction at the heart of his priorities. Being available, attentive and engaged in their success is an integral part of how he works.
At AgFlo, he puts his field and strategic experience to work helping producers and mills adopt technology solutions that are simple, effective and profitable. His goal is to help customers optimize their operations while building strong, human, lasting relationships.
